#花椰菜米炒飯 #Cauliflower Fried Rice
1 白花椰菜取下花穗的部分。
Slice out the core.
2 花穗放入調理機中,以瞬轉暫停三秒的方式攪碎。
Throw the florets into the food processor. Pause in three second bursts.
3 半顆洋蔥、1/4根胡蘿蔔放入調理機中攪碎。
Throw a half of onions into the processor and break them down. Also break down 1/4 carrots
4 蒜頭打成蒜末。
Break down garlic.
5 蛋液入鍋先炒至成形,取出備用。
Stir fry the eggs until they’re cooked.
6 洋蔥及胡蘿蔔放入鍋中炒軟。
Saute the carrots and the onions.
7 放入新豬肉 (素食)。
Add in Omnipork (veg).
8 放入花椰菜米拌炒。
Add in Cauliflower rice.
9 拌炒至蔬菜軟化。
Cook until the vegetables soften.
10 以適量黑胡椒、蒜粉及鹽巴調味。
Season with salt & pepper and garlic powder.
11放入剛炒好的蛋液和生蒜。
Add in eggs and garlic.
12 完成啦!
